Meet Romanesco. From the broccoli/cauliflower family. Mild flavor, more creamer and nutty, and less bitter than conventional broccoli and cauliflower. Rich in vitamin K, vitamin C, and fiber. The number of spirals on the head is the Fibonacci number. Found everywhere in nature. Beautiful if I say so myself.
